The team has been super reliable, and I even got to speak with the owner over the phone. The cleaners let themselves into our property with a keycode and take care of everything. I have total confidence that our property will be clean for our guests going forward!
The lady that came was very professional and organized. She had all her little cleaning products and equipment stuff, and I went for a walk while she worked. When I came back everything was nice and tidy. I am a happy customer!
Melodie is fantastic! I'd recommend Platinum as a trustworthy cleaning service that shows up on-time and does excellent work. (Their deep cleaning is legit.) The reminders, scheduling system, checklist, and super responsive customer service make them a far better option than the large cleaning companies in Austin that treat you like a number rather than a person.
I have such a great experience with working for platinum cleaning, the communication is great, very straight forward and to the point no loop holes. They definetely show love to there cleaners in different aspects, definitely recommend them.
It's hard to trust any service provider at a distance, but this team has taken awesome care of our Airbnb. LOVE LOVE LOVE this service. Best house cleaning business in Austin, as far as I'm concerned.

Oscar and his team did a great job with our monthly standard cleaning. They were especially thorough with our shower and bathroom area. They even helped organize some of our cluttered counter tops. I appreciate that they'll give some areas more attention when needed. I get a call after each cleaning to ensure that the cleaning was to my satisfaction and if any adjustments need to be made for the next visit. They do their best to please their customers and I appreciate that!
